Booking Policy

A booking is confirmed only after verified payment or Super Admin approval of a manual payment. Shown availability can change; the database unique slot index prevents two confirmed bookings for the same service, member, and start time.

Cancellation and rescheduling follow the hours and text configured on each service. Timezone is the service timezone, usually Asia/Kolkata unless Super Admin sets another.
